EVENT CENTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Non-Refundable Deposit: 50%
Balance Due: 7 days prior to event or event is cancelled with no refund
~Deposits and payments in advance are Non Refundable and may only be rescheduled one time if Client provides a seven (7) day cancellation notice and based upon Sincere Catering and Events availability.
~Security may be required at the owners discretion at a rate of $250.00 depending on the nature of the event.
~Contracted Event times shall be strictly adhered to. Your event, including set up and cleaning is required to be complete within the Event Center Contracted Time.
~A $300 Late Event Fee will charged for events that do not end by the end by the contracted event time. As a reminder, the even center closes at 12am.
~Absolutely NO DECORATIONS are permitted on the ceilings or the walls – STRICTLY ENFORCED. Absolutely NO CONFETTI IS PERMITTED TO BE USED!! All outside decorations brought in by Contract Holder or representatives of the contract holder are required to be removed from the premises at the end of the event. Balloons are required to popped over a trash can or trash bag and all balloon debris are required to be picked up and discarded into a trash bin.
~Any remaining food shall be removed from the facility or discarded.
~Food Service Area shall be cleaned of all food debris and trash.
~Coolers are not allowed to sit on the floor. A table will be provided for your coolers.
~Trash is required to be placed in the trash dumpster in the rear of the building. Trash or food cannot be placed in the trash bins outside in the front of the property.
~A $300.00 Cleaning Fee will be assessed if cleaning is required at the end of your event.
~A minimum of $300.00 will be charged for any Damage to the Facility.
~Loitering and drinking alcohol is PROHIBITED in the parking lot and in front of the building. You are responsible for your guests. If the police is called due to loitering or inappropriate/unlawful activity of any kind you will be assessed a $300.00 charge.
~Smoking is PROHIBITED IN FRONT of the building, INSIDE of the building, and INSIDE of bathrooms. Guests may smoke in the rear of the facility. Your event will be terminated and you will be charged $300.00 for smoking violations.
~Storage closets and studio suites are not permitted to be accessed under any circumstances. You will be charged $300.00 for unauthorized entry.
~The Gray Suite Kitchen is not permitted to be accessed under any circumstances unless approved by the Owner. You will be charged $300.00 for unauthorized entry. The Blanc Luxury Suite Kitchen is required to be clean of all debris (tables, refrigeration/freezer, stove, warmers, microwave, trash removed, floor swept.
~Weapons (guns, knives, brass knuckles, etc) are not permitted inside of the facility. If a guest is caught with a weapon the party will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be provided whatsoever. It is your responsibility to convey this information to your guests.
